What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative to generate a strong pipeline of quality leads, identify key stakeholders, and build lasting relationships for business expansion. Your role will focus on engaging prospects through strategic outreach, fostering connections, and using innovative thinking to drive market penetration and capture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for sourcing and engaging high-potential leads.
  • Utilize online research, networking, and other methods to contact potential prospects.
  • Take an active role in both lead generation and the sales closing process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design compelling strategies that showcase our products effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Use CRM tools to track progress and report on the status of leads, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls with prospects to assess their interest and potential fit before moving them further in the sales pipeline.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer needs and potential product enhancements to better align with market demands.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in roles such as Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar.
  • Proficient in various sales prospecting techniques including cold calling, cold emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled at delivering impactful presentations.
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
