Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking experienced sales professionals to join its dynamic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, primarily focusing on expanding the company's market share in the United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their success and be part of its expansion journey.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time, 9:00AM to 5:00PM (Flexible within US work hours PST/MT/CST/EST)

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the US market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company's offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience servicing US-based companies or clients is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and business development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in industries like Technology, Telecommunications, or Data Center is preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques for effective prospecting and lead generation.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a big plus.

Language Requirements:

  • Native Level English proficiency required.
