As a Sales Development Representative at United Global Cleaning, you will leverage your expertise to prospect new leads, conduct in-depth research, estimate projects, and effectively sell and upsell our services. This is a pivotal role where your analytical skills and sales experience will directly impact our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Prospecting & Research: Utilize data to identify and prospect new leads, and conduct comprehensive research to understand client needs and industry trends.

Project Estimation: Accurately estimate project requirements and provide detailed proposals to potential clients.

Sales & Upselling: Engage with prospects through cold calls and follow-up communications to sell and upsell our range of cleaning services.

Data Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities and communications to sell and upsell our range of cleaning services.

Data Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Organizational Routines: Implement and adhere to efficient organizational routines to manage and prioritize leads and tasks effectively.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in math and analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Ability: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday through Friday

Hours: EST (Eastern Standard Time)
