- Role Overview: DS Security Solutions is seeking a full-time contracted Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our cold outbound efforts. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional people skills, experience navigating gatekeepers, and a strong ability to track activities in CRM systems. Familiarity with LinkedIn networking and/or multi-tenant industry is a plus. This position is remote and offers the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company.
Outbound Sales Expertise:
Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound sales, with a knack for initiating and developing new business opportunities.Gatekeeper Navigation:
Proven ability to effectively bypass gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers.CRM Proficiency: Skilled in tracking activities, managing leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

CRM Tracking:
Accurately log all sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.LinkedIn Networking:
Utilize LinkedIn to identify prospects, engage with potential clients, and expand your network.Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring effective tracking and follow-up.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Reporting:
Regularly update management on lead generation progress, conversion metrics, and other relevant KPIs.
Proven Experience:
Significant experience in outbound sales, with a strong focus on cold calling and lead generation.Technical Savvy:
Comfortable with technology and CRM systems, with an understanding of security systems being a plus.Stable Internet Connection and Conducive Work Environment: Secure stable internet connection with at least 50mbps. Has the ability to plug directly to home internet router and has an alternative back up internet connection.
