As we expand into the Australian market, we are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to join our team and drive our growth.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SDR to spearhead our outreach efforts in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling to Australian businesses, with excellent communication skills in an Australian English accent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound calls to potential clients in the Australian market, introducing them to SalesCaptain's offerings.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement.
• Keep detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Consistently achieve or surpass lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 of experience in sales, with proven success in the Australian market. Experience in software sales is highly desirable.
• Communication: Outstanding English communication skills with a clear Australian accent.
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills, with the ability to navigate objections and close deals.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
