As the company began to grow, they added more (and more) activities, eventually producing one in nearly every major city in the world.

And the company continued to expand.

They hired dynamic writers, artists, coders, and promoters to bring their own fresh ideas. This team gave the company the structure and creative resources it needed to expand the mission exponentially. With the right people in place, Lets Roam was able to really take off. This highly creative crew has allowed the company to fully realize its goals crafting unique experiences, making a positive impact, and improving the community.

Position Description:

1. End-to-end sales cycle

  • Capture, qualify, and book meetings for all small corporate inbound leads (90%)
  • Set meetings and close business with all qualified prospects
  • Contact all new leads immediately via phone/email during normal business hours
  • Call majority of incoming leads to qualify them
  • Reschedule missed meetings
  • Optimize sales pitch and funnel
  • Email Campaigns -

2. Inbound Call and Chat Funnels - C - Leads

  • Manage all inbound corporate sales line calls, drift chats, and live transfers.
  • Book meetings for AEs for leads meeting qualification criteria and reroute others as needed.

3. Post-Event Engagement

  • Engage customers post-event for repeat/referral opportunities.
  • Call and enroll all customers post-event to provide guidance on repeat/referral offerings and gather event feedback.
  • Identify high-potential markets/companies/groups interested in our Partnership or Referral programs

4. Conferences/Conventions

  • Conduct outbound activity to research annual conferences for LR attendance and partnerships.
  • Identify conferences that can integrate our platform into their itinerary/experience.
  • Organize logistics for those attending conferences, including creating working documents and presenting top picks to DOS.

5. Post-Purchase Repeat

  • Collaborate with outbound Account Executives to develop a strategy for identifying high-value leads.
  • Identify markets/companies/groups with a high potential interest in our offerings.

Competencies & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of SDR experience or sales (SDR experience preferred).
  • 2 years of proven experience in the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Experienced in engaging with video calls to C-level leads.
  • -Strong inbound and outbound sales strategy.
  • Motivated to achieve high daily call volume.
  • Organized in lead handling and follow-up.
  • Effective communicator via email, phone, and Zoom.
  • Coachable and a team player.
  • Ability to determine customer needs.
  • Excellent discovery and qualifying pitch during initial sales calls.
  • Keen ear for identifying qualified and unqualified leads.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting daily and weekly expectations.
  • Experienced in using Hubspot1-2 years of Sales experience or sales with a CRM (sales experience preferred)
  • Proven proficiency in navigating Hubspot (tasks, contacts, deals)
  • Excellent ability to have phone calls and experience
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to write emails
  • Ability to connect with our customers
  • Positive and buoyant attitude.Neutral accent
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting daily and weekly expectations.
  • Open to change in a small startup environment.
  • A must: Experienced in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • A must: Ability to have video calls.

Compensation -

This is a contract-to-hire role. Meaning that there will be the first 3-month evaluation to determine regularization. We offer $5-$6 USD / hr based on skills and qualifications, and an opportunity for commissions upon performance review.
