What you'll do:
Qualify inbound leads through emails, chat, and calls to convert them into sales opportunities.
Follow up with prospects and leads, managing a large volume of emails and chats.
Use CRM and sales platforms to manage leads and sales opportunities.
Recommend improvements to processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Who you are:
Recognised Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, but extensive relevant work experience would make up for lack of qualifications.
Ideally 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
Fluency in English is a must.
