Job Description

Position: Part-Time Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote

Commitment: 1-1.5 hours per day

Compensation: Hourly with commission eligibility after 5 weeks

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outreach efforts on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate has a strong LinkedIn presence with at least 100 connections and a well-optimized profile. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, with potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Campaigns: Conduct targeted outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, connecting with potential clients and sending personalized messages.
  • Engagement Tracking: Keep detailed records of LinkedIn campaign performance, response rates, and follow-up requirements.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn interactions, gathering relevant information for the sales team.

Pre-Boarding & Training:

The first week will focus on familiarizing you with our brand, target audience, and messaging guidelines to ensure success in the role.

Probation Period:

Following pre-boarding, you'll undergo a 4-week probation period to demonstrate effectiveness in executing campaigns and engaging with prospects. During this time, performance will be monitored, and feedback will be provided.

Compensation & Commissions:

After the initial 5 weeks, successful SDRs will be eligible for an increased hourly rate and commission on closed deals.

Requirements:

  • Strong LinkedIn presence with a solid profile (at least 100 connections).
  • Ability to dedicate 1-1.5 hours per day to LinkedIn outreach.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in LinkedIn campaigns or sales is a plus, but not required.
