Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in the Philippines. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in expanding Janio's client base and driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers in the e-commerce sector.

  • Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities
  • Research and identify target accounts within the medium to large e-commerce sector
Engage with potential clients through various channels including phone, email, and social media
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
Stay updated on Janio's services, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified opportunities
  • Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or logistics industry (fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills may be considered)
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Southeast Asia and APAC
  • Excellent communication skills in English and additional APAC languages are a plus
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
