SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)

We are looking for a _Sales Development Representative _to be part of our team.
- He/She will generate qualified enterprise leads for primarily the US and European markets.
He/She The successful candidate will help drive new business by reaching out to potential customers, supporting demand generation campaigns,and qualifying opportunities. The primary goal is to book qualified meetings.
He/She shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
- Generate as many sales qualified leads (SQLs) as possible using cold email generators,
LinkedIn and cold calling- Book qualified meetings (sales qualified meetings)/demos for the sales team
Research and prospect potential customers
- Identify decision-makers and build relationships through targeted outreach and
communication across different channels- Use a consultative sales approach to educate potential customers on our products and
services and understand their needs and pain points
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software (Hubspot)
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach Attend and support trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed to
- generate leads and build relationships
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role
- Proven track record of success in a target-driven sales environment
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential- B2B Enterprise sales experience is a plus; ideally SaaS or tech sales
Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and tech including but not limited
- Hubspot (preferred), Google Suite, Apollo (or similar)
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule- Willing to work onsite in Tower 1 Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,- 00 per month
