SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)

  • ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a _Sales Development Representative _to be part of our team.
  • He/She will generate qualified enterprise leads for primarily the US and European markets.
He/She The successful candidate will help drive new business by reaching out to potential customers, supporting demand generation campaigns,and qualifying opportunities. The primary goal is to book qualified meetings.
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

He/She shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
  • Generate as many sales qualified leads (SQLs) as possible using cold email generators,
LinkedIn and cold calling
  • Book qualified meetings (sales qualified meetings)/demos for the sales team
Research and prospect potential customers
  • Identify decision-makers and build relationships through targeted outreach and
communication across different channels
  • Use a consultative sales approach to educate potential customers on our products and
services and understand their needs and pain points
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software (Hubspot)
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach
  • strategies
Attend and support trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed to
  • generate leads and build relationships
  • Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role
  • Proven track record of success in a target-driven sales environment
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential
  • B2B Enterprise sales experience is a plus; ideally SaaS or tech sales
Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and tech including but not limited
  • Hubspot (preferred), Google Suite, Apollo (or similar)
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
  • Willing to work onsite in Tower 1 Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,
  • 00 per month
