We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who is responsible for making outbound calls using the client's call script, meeting the required actions per day and finding potential leads. The customer approach must represent the client's culture and focus on fostering and developing customer relationships.
You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:
- Complete 175 outbound phone call actions per day.
Achieve 5 hours of talk time per day.
- Adhere to quality requirements as specified.
Contact potential vendors from the database to find potential leads.- Accurately enter all information into CRM database.
Accurately enter new contacts and vendors as needed.
- Follow proper procedures for adding and deactivating contacts.
Use of email via vendor database and Microsoft Outlook required.- Identify sources for vendor leads within the company's geographic territory.
Actively participate in training sessions.
- Assist in meeting department goals and metrics.
Receptive to coaching opportunities and methodologies.- Actively support and promote the client's Core Values.
Performing other duties as assigned.
High School or College graduate.
- Prior 1 to 3 years experience in a call center or customer service role including face to face sales and/or customer service.
Good to Excellent Communication skills.- Knowledgeable in using CRM, Outlook, and Teams.
