We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with potential customers, and setting appointments for our sales executives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their interest and fit for our products/services
Engage with prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points- Articulate the value proposition of our services and effectively communicate this to potential customers
Schedule appointments and demos for our sales executives with qualified leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce and odoo is a plus)

Commission Structure: Initial 10 closed sales/deals will receive $150 AUD commission per deal. Following this, a monthly salary of $1000 AUD applies.
