  • Position Overview:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for making 500-1000 outbound calls per day to small business owners with existing websites who would benefit from our website services. Utilizing our CRM tools, including a power dialer, the SDR will efficiently manage lead lists and identify prospects. Once an interested prospect agrees to a call, the SDR will live transfer the call to an Account Executive to close the deal.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Make 500-1000 outbound calls per day to small-medium business owners.
  • Use CRM tools, including a power dialer, to manage and expedite the calling process.
Identify and qualify prospective prospects based on their company needs and fit for our website services.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover their pain points and demonstrate the value of our services.
Live transfer interested prospects to an Account Executive to finalize the sale.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
  • Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of high-volume cold calling experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Exceptional English speaking skills with a high level of fluency and clarity.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and power dialer tools.
Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Compensation:
Starting pay: $6 per hour
  • Opportunity to earn an additional $1,000 per month based on performance.
