Overview of the position
The SDR is responsible for producing 30 demos per month. This means sending email campaigns with personalized first lines, following up via phone when necessary, and scheduling meetings on the founders calendars. This person's work will be vital for expanding our impact within K12 schools.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Scorecard
Create and maintain an impeccable database of contacts
- Source contact information for 300 leads per week
- 100% of CRM data is accurate and up to date
Conduct efficient and effective outreach
- Upload contacts to email outreach platform and send error-free campaigns
- 100 personalized emails sent per week
- 50 phone calls per week
Convert prospects to meetings
- 90% show rate
- 7 demos per week
- ACV $7.5k
Activities
Create and maintain an impeccable database of contacts
- Identify schools and districts for outreach
- Add contact information into our database
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy
Research people who are an ideal fit for PeerTeach
- Search the internet (LinkedIn, Twitter, school websites, news articles, etc.) for information that shows someone might be interested in PeerTeach
- Write highly personalized subject lines and first lines for email campaigns
Run email campaigns
- Write compelling email copy
- Reply to and call interested people
- Convert them to demos
Set up founders for success on demo calls
- Send reminder emails to ensure a high show rate
- Follow-up on no-shows for rescheduling
- Upload all relevant context and information to our CRM
Help us expand accounts and close deals
- Reach out to customers referrals
- Monitor account health data and re engage customers who have gone dark
