Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at Deskfirst. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, mainly from the US, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including job websites.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential customers.
• Be available for inbound calls with potential customers.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SDR or similar role, working with US audience.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Apollo and HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and remotely
