Why this role exists
This position exists to expand our client's market reach through dedicated outbound sales efforts while maintaining the premium, artisanal nature of their brand communication. The role will help connect with potential customers in the wedding, event planning, and culinary industries, ensuring clear and professional communication that reflects the company's commitment to excellence and tradition.

The Impact you'll make

Sales Outreach

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns

  • Follow up with potential clients

  • Navigate customers to landing pages

  • Track and report sales progress

  • Maintain detailed customer records


Customer Communication

  • Conduct professional sales calls

  • Handle customer inquiries

  • Provide product information

Digital Engagement

  • Manage social media presence

  • Create engaging content

  • Monitor online interactions

  • Support digital marketing efforts

  • Track engagement metrics


Business Development

  • Identify potential partnerships

  • Develop customer database

  • Generate sales reports


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Required:

  • 1-2 years of outbound sales/SDR experience required

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

  • Native or native-level English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Experience with luxury, specialty, or B2B product sales preferred

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

  • Remote position

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

  • 40 hours per week


Compensation:

  • $7 per hour

  • No benefits package included
