Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Appointment Setter.
This role involves making outbound cold calls to potential clients within the recruitment industry, with a target of 120+ dials per day.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of performance in similar roles and exceptional English communication skills.
You will report directly to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the recruitment industry.
- Achieve a daily target of 120+ dials.
- Schedule appointments for the Founder
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
- Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outbound cold calling or a similar role is required
- Proven track record of performance in appointment setting is required
- Staffing & recruiting experience is strongly preferred
