We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, setting up qualified meetings for our sales team, and supporting the Sales Development Lead. This role is crucial in driving the company's growth by expanding our client base and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and how Acxelsus can provide solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
  • Assist the Sales Development Lead in executing strategies, preparing reports, and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and improve overall sales performance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven to achieve targets and goals with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly learn about different industries and tailor communication accordingly.
  • Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work with other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
