Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote (PH, LATAM, South Africa)
Salary Range: $1,000 USD per month + incentives
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Chicago Timezone
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and clean the sales pipelines to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Identify potential leads and ensure they are properly entered and tracked in Salesforce.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing and qualification processes.
- Conduct outreach to potential customers via email and phone to schedule meetings or demos.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
- Update records and provide regular reporting on sales pipeline status.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in managing data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to team success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales development or a similar role.
- Familiarity with sales pipeline tools and processes.
- Experience working in the technology industry is a plus.
