We are looking for an experienced and proactive Remote Business Development Lead to join our team. This role requires strong management, sales, lead generation, and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using HubSpot and able to work from Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM 6:00 AM Philippine Time.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Sales Management: Oversee and manage the sales process, ensuring targets are met and strategies are implemented effectively.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the business development team, providing guidance and support.- HubSpot Utilization: Use HubSpot for managing leads, tracking sales progress, and generating reports.
Strategy Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a business development leadership role
- Strong skills in lead generation and sales strategy
Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving targets- Experience with HubSpot CRM is a must
Ability to work 40 hours a week or more supporting clients following the CST Timezone
