As a Sales Development Coordinator, you will support the company's sales and business development verticals. You will proactively participate in the overall sales process to help the team drive sales growth and client satisfaction by ensuring everything will be executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our business values, our core values, and brand promise.
  • Outbound

-Prospect and qualify potential customers by conducting secondary market research and door-opening activities

-Gather and organize contact information for outbound sales calls

-Must have familiarity with Sales Navigator on LinkedIn

  • Maintain a Salesforce database and update it daily according to sales activities. Including

-Complete opportunities with client information (project number, project leads info, linking to accounting and project folders.

-Creating and assigning tasks

-Inputting new information for accounts, contacts, and leads

-Keeping contacts current and updating client information as needed

-Capturing a lead source

  • Preparing our team for sales calls. This includes:

-Researching the client and company we're going to speak to and summarizing this information in a short report

-Post-call you will update the Salesforce account with call notes

  • Success will be measured against a scorecard that is developed in conjunction with the company

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Knowledgeable in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com
  • Comfortable making cold calls and meeting new leads
  • Knowledgeable of lead generation strategies, with a track record of exceeding lead targetsSuccessful in performing research on business with the goal of turning the business into customers

  • Capable of working night shift; Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM Manila time.
