Job Description:- Departmental data management.
Monitor the changes in the order volume of each department and report the improvement of the weak organization.- Formulate and improve the sales commission plan, lead assessment plan, customer maintenance plan, etc.
Changes in departmental order volume.
- The process of sales staff management and monitoring of goal achievement.
Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma-holder.
- With 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred background is from Logistics/E-Commerce;
with strong background in data management.- Proficient in using MS Excel (PIVOT, V-look Up).
Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays (9AM-6PM).
