BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Welcome customers when they enter the store..
Assist customers in locating products by going through the inventory..- Pack items, prepare orders prior to delivery or pick up by customers.
Ensure packed items are complete and of good quality.
- Assist in ensuring that display freezers are properly loaded.
Assist customers in completing purchases.- Answer customer inquiries over the phone or in-person.
Assist in preparation of Sales Invoices..
- Check prepared items to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Monitor inventory and notify OS Coordinator when items need to be restocked.- Build customer relationships.
Perform tasks that may be assigned by direct supervisor.
- MINIMUM JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATION
High School Graduate / Vocational Course/ College Level
- Experience in sales is a plus factor.
Excellent customer service skills.- Ability to remain calm with difficult customers.
Good communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Customer-focused, result-oriented, and team player.
Good problem-solving skills.
