Lead tracking and Management: Maintain accurate records within our CRM system, update lead statuses, and ensure timely follow-up.- Sales Support: Prepare sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and other sales materials. Process orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and help resolve any issues.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports, track key metrics, and identify trends to support the sales team.
Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence and competitor analysis to support sales strategies- Event Coordination: Help organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other sales-related event.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in sales support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
