Responsibilities- Be the main point of contact of assigned clients
Set as the brand ambassador of the company who is responsible in attending to clients needs- Reports to the Sales Manager with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets
Focused on identifying and understanding the needs of customers
- Sets clear and realistic goals and objectives
Establishes a course of action and a sequence of steps to ensure that activities and objectives are efficiently achieved- Develop and maintain customer relations and key accounts
Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
- Uses his/her initiative to source new customers. This includes following leads, visiting potential customers for new business and giving sales presentations.
Strong experience in any form of sales, Ecommerce, importation, logistics or BPO is a huge factor
- Strong leadership skills is a plus
Experience in any sales generating industry (especially BPO) is preferred- Proven experience as an Account Representative or other sales role
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and writing)
- Strong customer service skills (ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy and outline key steps in delivering good customer service
Good problem-solving skills- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
- Willing to work onsite in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City
