Position Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the sales efforts of Azzurro Hotel, focusing on maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and exceptional customer service. This role requires an individual who can drive a 4-wheeled vehicle and possesses a valid driver's license, as travel to meet clients and attend events is essential.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports.- Coordinate appointments, including scheduling site visits and meetings with clients.
Follow up on inquiries and leads to ensure effective communication with potential clients.
Support the planning and execution of events, including weddings, conferences, and corporate gatherings.- Liaise with various departments within the hotel to ensure smooth event operations.
Attend events to provide on-site coordination and support as needed.
Act as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service throughout their interactions with the hotel.- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Administrative Tasks:- Maintain accurate records of sales and bookings using hotel management software.
Prepare and distribute promotional materials and information to clients.Driving Responsibilities:
Drive a 4-wheeled vehicle with manual transmission as required for site visits, client meetings, and other business-related purposes.
- Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and kept clean.
Other Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated on hotel services, amenities, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to clients.
- Participate in sales and marketing meetings, contributing ideas to enhance sales strategies.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
