Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales department and is responsible for all administrative related duties. Act as the bridge for the Sales department and the Owner Experience Department to successfully transition owners. The Sales Coordinator also provides a variety of reports and maintains multiple informational databases.
Sales and Administrative support to the Sales Team, assisting in all aspects of the sales process such as typing proposals, letters, contracts, etc.
Gather and assemble sales collateral to send to prospects
Client file management in share drives and CRM
Prepare proposals and contracts
Maintenance of Calendar of Events and Corporate Client tracking
Produce contracts for clients and ensure payment for agreed upon terms
Negotiating contracts with customers, assessing their requirements and ensuring they are satisfied with the service delivered
Coordinate with the sales and Owner Experience Team to ensure smooth transition for owners
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Actively participate and contribute with the improvement of company procedures and processes.
Follow all Upstay's procedures and guidelines and applicable law and regulations.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a sales department environment / hospitality industry
Education: Highschool Diploma
Other qualifications: Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Office, and Slack. Fluent in both written and oral English.
Reliable Internet Connection: be online on company communication software and available for video calls during shifts.
