Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
- Prepare sales invoices and delivery receipts (DR).
Generate purchase orders (P.O.) for suppliers.- Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers.
Liaise with suppliers across local, Singapore, and Japan.
- Compile and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Preferably experienced or willing to be trained in SAP accounting system.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong English communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.- Demonstrates good character and professionalism.
Acceptable for candidates with at least 6 months of experience or recent graduates.
