Responsibilities:- Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails and chats.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.- Work independently to achieve monthly sales quota.
Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
- With Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferably 1 year above of sales experience
- Preferably has FB/Marketplace handling experience
Has fast typing skills proven- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Commission's starting 2,000 depends on the quota exceed and will only applicable if the employee passed the probationary period.
