As a Sales Coordinator at PortZure International Corporation, you will be an integral part of our sales team, supporting various functions to drive business growth. This full-time position is based in Intramuros, Metro Manila, and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating client meetings, and managing sales pipelines.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, respond to requests, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to sales activities, orders, and customer information.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support the overall sales process.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools, such as CRM systems.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the sales industry.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management or any related course.
