Job Title:Sales Coordinator Lead (Domestic Market)
Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary Range: 30,000 - 42,000 per month
Expected Date of Joining: Within 15 days to 1 month
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator Lead to oversee and manage a team of sales coordinators handling the domestic market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to ensure seamless communication between the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the team of sales coordinators to achieve departmental goals.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to team members.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee backend sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation.
- Manage the preparation and verification of purchase orders (POs), invoices, and other essential sales documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team to streamline workflows and address customer needs effectively.
Payment Coordination:
- Ensure timely follow-up on payment collections from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of payment status and resolve any discrepancies in coordination with the finance team.
Logistics and Transport Coordination:
- Liaise with logistics providers and transport teams to ensure smooth product delivery to customers.
- Address any logistical issues promptly and maintain efficient communication between relevant parties.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a key point of contact for customer coordination, addressing queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, and logistics) to meet customer expectations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain and update records for sales activities, customer interactions, and logistics schedules.
- Prepare periodic reports on team performance, sales trends, and logistics efficiency for management review.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in backend sales, logistics coordination, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and CRM tools.
