JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Coordinator will be supporting the sales department by answering inquiries, processing order requests, and coordinating deliveries. They can also be the point of contact between the business and its prospects.
Assisting sales associates by processing order requests, preparing sales invoices, and preparing delivery receipts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions
Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately and professionally- Receives Purchase Order and input accurate Sales Order thru our process/system.
Prepare and review POs, Sales Orders, Sales Reports accordingly.
- Monitor status of orders and delivery until completion.
Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing, as needed
Graduate with a bachelor's degree in any 4-year course- 1 year of related working experience, ex: Sales Administration
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Quickbooks, etc.)
Good verbal and written English communication skills- Adaptable to a shifting work schedule, 6 days per week
Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong CityJob Type: Full-time
