At least 2-3 yrs sales experience- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
- The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Preferably Business Administration and Marketing Management degree course- Responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.

- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
Increasing in-house sales.- Superior product knowledge.
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.- Receives customer orders in the form of PO, ship alert, or email advise.
Line up received orders in the form of assembly schedule.
- Creates customer reports and assure correctness and timeliness of sending to customers.
Receives forecasted volumes and sales from Sales.- Interfaces with customers and Customer Service for any issues related to orders.
