Process, update and monitor sales invoices, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports on SAP.- Handle routine product questions from phone inquiries and walk-in customers.
Handle data entry to track the delivery of sales copy, product samples and other necessary services to customers.
- Handle phone inquiries for service
Coordinate service appointments- Provide information about products and services and responds customer complaints
Perform administrative tasks such as bills payment, renewal of business permits, monitor vehicles and office supplies
- Perform accounting tasks such as cash management (cash advance and petty cash), sales invoice, summary of expense report, collection, reconciliation of receivables, cash deposit and monitoring of statement of account.
Perform other job related task as maybe assigned from time to time
