Sales Consultant

This job is responsible for generating closed vehicle sales transactions for the company. In achieving this end, tasks are done in order to satisfy prospects and clients needs, on the way to ensuring that they will become Hizon Auto Group and Hyundai customers for life.

Specific tasks and duties:

• Answers inquiries, conducts vehicle presentation, gives quotations and closes sales while on Showroom duty

Offers collateral business to clients (ex.: insurance, accessories, financing, rustproofing, etc.)

• Conducts follow-up calls and telemarketing on prospects

Visits hot and warm prospects, as qualified during showroom visits or exhibits.

• Asks for referrals from banks and previous clients.

Prepares Vehicle Loading Sheet containing information on what accessories should be included in the unit, and submits this to Parts.

• Gathers and verifies documents prior to submission to Finance, prior to or right after release.

Checks unit prior to delivery.

• Demonstrates vehicle features to client upon release.

Explains warranty coverage, preventive maintenance schedules, and introduces One Hyundai Club to client.

• Transmits release folder to Bank Coordinator within the day of release.

Conducts after-sales follow-up after three days.

• Renders after-sales service, as needed (ex.: gives updates on LTO registration status, PM scheduling, insurance claims).

Submits reports daily and weekly.

Qualifications:

• -College graduate of any 4-year related business course

-preferably with sales background in automotive or equivalent

• -selling skills, written and oral communications skills, negotiations skills, interpersonal skills, clerical skills and computer literacy

-driving skills is required

• -goal oriented, customer oriented , trustworthy and aggressive
