- Calculate and validate commission payouts meticulously
- Maintain accurate records of compensation-related information
- Manage and administer compensation plans to align with business goals and policy guidelines
- Conduct cost and forecast modeling to support proposed compensation design scenarios
- Proactively handle ad-hoc compensation requests and address inquiries from sales employees and management
- Provide comprehensive training and enablement materials to enhance sales management's understanding of sales compensation plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and scale compensation-related processes and policies
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive initiatives to improve the overall sales compensation foundation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in compensation management, sales operations, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
