Key Responsibilities:- Lead Outreach: Reach out to potential leads to advertise on different platform, email, SMS, and other communication channels.
Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by consistently prospecting and engaging with net new leads provided by the company.- CRM Management: Accurately enter and maintain lead information and interactions in the company's CRM system.
Link Sharing: Send relevant links and resources to leads to initiate their advertisement process
- Collaboration: If a lead expresses interest in a call, coordinate with and loop in a US-based representative to further discuss and close the opportunity.
More than 2 years of experience as a Sales Coach or Sales Team Leader
- Experience in a sales email, voice and chat or customer service position is a must
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people- Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
Identify individual and team training needs
