Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coach. The Sales Coach will be responsible for providing sales coaching, conducting sales trainings, and coaching team members to enhance their communication and training skills. The role involves actively engaging in sales coaching activities to improve team performance.

- Experience in conducting sales trainings
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics
- Previous experience in sales or coaching roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Amenable to work onsite
- Can start immediately
- Sales Coach Experience of at least 2 years
