Job Description

Sales Coach (BPO Local Account)

Qualifications :
  • College Degree of any course.
  • Has at least 2 years related experience as Team Lead or Trainer.
  • With strong exp handling Heavy Sales account.
  • Must have handled Blended Campaign (Voice and Non Voice).


Key Responsibilities :
  • Operational Planning : Plan daily and weekly activities, adjusting strategies to meet SLAs within budget constraints.
  • Work Delegation : Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate departmental functions to meet client and operational deadlines.
  • Process Management : Ensure processes are in place to meet productivity, quality, and record retention standards.
  • Staff Evaluation : Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and orient them on project goals.
  • Support : Assist staff with work-related questions and issues, address data inconsistencies, and gather missing information.
  • Record Maintenance : Maintain records of completed work.
  • Reporting : Create and send daily operations status reports to the Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Location : McKinley Taguig or Pasig City
Work Set-up : Onsite, Shifting Schedule
