Sales Clerk / Stock Clerk (SM Cubao/Sta Mesa/North Edsa)

SALES CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Executes efficient customer relations/service by assisting customers in the selection of merchandise on choice of style, color and brand
  

• Ensures that shelves and showcases are fully stocked at all times and with correct price tags and labels
  

• Knowledgeable and implement price revisions in all ongoing promotions, discounts and mark-ups
  

• Able to answer customer questions and handle customer complains
  

• Maintains the cleanliness of the whole merchandise display area
  

• Assists customers to the counter when buying value items
  

• Directs customers to the nearest counter for payment of merchandise
  

• Assists in periodic inventory taking of the branch store.
  

• Assists in the accurate and timely preparation of stock request from Forward Stock Room (FSR) and/or from warehouse.
  

• Monitors and checks delivery receipts from the FSR and/or Warehouse.
  

• Reports to Store Managers saleable items, customer inquiries , complains
  

• Maintains the upkeep of the branch/store through proper storage, cleanliness and orderliness of work area
  

• Implements the company behavioral programs on customer service such as smile and greet
  
• STOCK CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION:

• CHECK DELIVERIES
  
  Receive deliveries from RDU, count merchandise, verify price in IVS & check for defects, input information in MMS
  

• BRING STOCKS TO SELLING AREA
  
  Forward items to the selling area for display & stock replenishment or to serve individual customer orders
  

• REPLACE PRICE TAGS
  
  Replace lost or wrong price tags on merchandise after requesting for the correct price tags from the Tagging Office
  

• PREPARE ITEMS FOR PULL-OUT
  
  Sort items for transfer or RTV, request approval, print shipping manifest (process in MMS) & keep documents (to change from keep documents to properly file documents
  

• CLEAN THE WAREHOUSE
  
  Organize the items in their designated storage racks, arrange the boxes & clear the warehouse area of trash
  
  Job Type: Full-time
  
  Pay: Php610.00 per day
