Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of retail math for basic calculations
- Experience with product demonstrations is a plus
- Technical sales experience, particularly in electronics, is advantageous
