Sales Catering Manager for a Food Manufacturing and Distributing Company
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operation activities of the catering department, including scheduling drivers and staff in accordance with the demands of the client and management.
Review all Event Orders to determine staffing levels, distribution and execution of events.- Planned and coordinated high-profile catering events for up to 500 guests, resulting in a 95% satisfaction rate from clients.
Negotiate contracts with vendors; Source and select vendors for catering services; Monitor and evaluate catering services
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
Perform the planning and management of catered events.- Facilitate communication between the sales, culinary and event management teams to ensure accurate timing, production and fulfilment of all daily orders, including last-minute needs
Supervise all catering deliveries and ensures Catering standards are met through spot checks and training of delivery staff.

Qualifications:
- With Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any 4-year related course
With at least 4 years experience supervising or managing Catering Operations- Preferably with experience in Commissary and Concessionaires
With good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to start immediately
Willing to report at our Head Office in Antipolo
