QUALIFICATIONS:- At least High School/Vocational Graduate/College Graduate.
At least 1-2 years experience as Airliner Representative.- Familiar with AAZ, 5J and PAL politics/policy.
Can do sales/negotiation.
- Experience in domestic forwarding is a plus.
Keen to details and precise with basic spellings.- Masunurin, hindi toxic at masipag.
Works with minimal supervision.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor all Inbound and Outbound shipments
- Weekly reporting to the immediate heads
Account Acquisition- Cargo Acceptance (Ensure that the shipment commodity is acceptable and in good condition before proper turnover with the airline, Get the actual weight and volumetric weight, Get the complete details of shipper and consignee)
Ensure that the acceptance is 100% accurate and complete information
- Get the actual weight and volumetric
Cargo loading (Ensure that the cargo must be completely loaded based on target flight schedule, and If there will be offloading, must be reported to Immediate Superiors promptly).- Turn Over of POD/HWB (Ensure all used house waybills and collections were properly turnover in accordance of the given timeline).

Sending of Pre-alert (Ensure that all transactions must have pre-alert to the Shipper, Consignee, Customer Service and Immediate Superior).- Ensure that all transactions must be sent via pre-alert to the consignee, Customer Service and immediate superior
