Job Description

Job Purpose:

Provides support to the Corporate Operations for all business development and sales support responsibilities including but not limited to tracking sales leads, preparing and coordinating project quotations and proposals with engagement service rates, providing client service, and managing client accounts.
  • Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): negotiation skills, decision-making skills, excellent oral and written communications skills, computer skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
Above-average speaking skills in the English Language.
  • Experience in Business Development is a MUST.
Experience in the preparation of project quotations or proposals, client presentations, and client account management.
  • Knowledge in social media marketing and sales lead generation is a BIG PLUS.
With personal laptop/desktop and internet connection.
  • Must be amenable to do field work / on-site when required.
  • Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Attend to potential and existing client inquiries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments, and follow up with clients about their service engagement status.
Compiling a daily list of sales leads, and providing sales data and guides to the corporate operations.
  • Support the management in sales lead by actively searching for potential clients on social media and other business networks or communities.
Creating and processing engagement quotations in a timely manner, and reviewing pending proposals and client requests to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.
  • Scheduling client meetings and conferences.
.Other tasks that may be assigned by the Manager.
