As a results-driven Sales Associate, you should have a proven track record in sales and demonstrate your ability to meet sales targets. You should be highly motivated and proactive, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of rental properties and collaborating closely with the Property Manager and team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and profitable. You must be reliable and professional, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to take on various roles as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing rental properties, including advertising available units, screening potential tenants, and collecting rent payments.
Process lease agreements and renewals and ensure that all paperwork is accurate and up to date.- Maintain accurate records of tenant accounts, expenses, receipts and other financial data.
Work with the Property Manager and other team members to develop and implement policies and procedures for managing rental properties effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Identify, develop and maintain new and existing client relationships.- Prepare and present property management proposals to prospective clients.
Prepare lease agreements, rental applications and other documents related to property management.
- Work collaboratively with other departments.
Identify opportunities for growth and provide input on improving sales processes and strategies.
