Job SummarySales representative is responsible in direct selling, business to business, and handling corporate accounts. Ensures that customer needs are satisfied and exceeded through the implementation of the company's customer service standard thereby achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Duties & Responsibilities
Developing and implementing sales strategies: Create sales plans, and develop strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Generating leads and prospecting: Research and identify potential clients or customers, cold call or email prospects, and utilize networking opportunities to generate new business leads.
Building and maintaining client relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.- Openness in having Product knowledge and expertise: Willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge about the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Be able to effectively communicate product information and value propositions to potential clients.
Conducting sales presentations and negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of the products or services. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals and secure new business.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to address customer needs, provide feedback, and coordinate efforts to maximize sales opportunities.
Keeping up with industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to identify potential business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.- Continuous learning and professional development: Stay updated with sales techniques, industry knowledge, and product developments through training, workshops, and self-study to enhance sales skills and improve performance.
High School Graduate- Willing to learn. Experience in Sales, Audio-Video or system integration industry is an advantage.
Strong passion and knowledge of audio-video equipment and technology trends.
- Good communication, Salesmanship, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of audio-video systems and components.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, industry events, and trade shows as required.
With a valid Motorcycle Driver's License- Proven track record in sales, preferably in audio-video equipment, home electronics, or related industries.
