Central Square BGC, Taguig City.A
Sales Associate work in a team for a
Venchi Shop. They are responsible for creating an efficient and welcoming environment, engaging with our customers, and representing Venchi at all times.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Connect with a welcoming and loud
Buongiorno with every customer, making them feel welcome while assisting them throughout their visit.
- Share with our customers our mission and story of tradition, happiness and balance.
Have full knowledge of all the products and be able to explain them to customers through storytelling.- Have a deep knowledge of the allergens and ingredients present in our products.
Share with the management any identified issues and any collected feedback.
- Be able to Upsell and Cross-sell.
Follow all cash handling procedures.- Use and maintain all the equipment following Venchi's guidelines.
Keep and maintain store cleanliness and presentation following all the guidelines and procedures in place.
- Introduce, display and present the product in the best possible way.
