Sales Associate

Specialty Food Retailers, Inc. a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies is currently looking for Sales Associate to be assigned to Venchi Philippines. Must be willing to be profiled at SM Podium, Mandaluyong City.

A Sales Associate work in a team for a Venchi Shop. They are responsible for creating an efficient and welcoming environment, engaging with our customers, and representing Venchi at all times.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

Connect with a welcoming and loud Buongiorno with every customer, making them feel welcome while assisting them throughout their visit.

• Share with our customers our mission and story of tradition, happiness and balance.

Have full knowledge of all the products and be able to explain them to customers through storytelling.

• Have a deep knowledge of the allergens and ingredients present in our products.

Share with the management any identified issues and any collected feedback.

• Be able to Upsell and Cross-sell.

Follow all cash handling procedures.

• Use and maintain all the equipment following Venchi's guidelines.

Keep and maintain store cleanliness and presentation following all the guidelines and procedures in place.

• Introduce, display and present the product in the best possible way.
