Responsible in training, guiding staffs as required to undergo tours that will be done inside the Showroom and on the job outside the office through various clientele and or saturation and learning about our products, services and procedures of the Company.
Responsible in guiding customers through the Showroom visit and or official business engagement , responding and demonstrating products. Likewise, provide sales materials such as samples and swatches to customers and scheduling appointments.
Determine products, styles, colors and other materials and providing price estimates. Thus, having a positive attitude and offering exceptional customer service.
Responsible in communicating with customers about any complaints, queries and making after sales calls and customer satisfaction are done. Developing network connections by making sales calls, attending association meetings and following up with clientele.
Responsible in communicating effectively both in person and through other means (email, telephone, etc.).
Must possess people skills and the ability to be a master of our products and be the go to person when it comes to any product information or queries.
