MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): customer care, Sales Administration.- Work experience in the same field is an advantage but not required.
Applicants must be willing to work in SM Mall of Asia

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seamless execution of the customer service journey and sales-related administrative duties
Compliance to SOP, accounting, finance and audit mandates- Provide assistance during marketing events, merchandise inventory, requisition and delivery
Maintenance, safety and security of the merchandise display and store equipment
- Ensures proper housekeeping (cleanliness and hygiene) and planogram of the entire store.
